Very disappointed. I downloaded the app, answered and all of the questions. When I finished reviewing the dashboard examples, it went to a bigger-than-full-screen green explanation of the change to Patient Spot. I was only able to read until the bottom of the screen, there was visibly more to read, but the screen would not move and scroll down to the rest of it. I'm (sadly) going to uninstall the app. It's useless as it is right now.

I downloaded and registered for the app. No matter what, when I attempted to log in, I received an invalid credentials error. I tried resetting my password, and I still received that same error. I can't use it if it won't allow me to log in.

So far it's been easy to use. I really like having something specifically accustomed to fibromyalgia tracking. Also you don't have to sign anything you don't want to. I read all of the terms and service before use and you only have to sign the HIPPA if you want to. It did not require me to do this and I didnt do this. You also only need provide more personal info (other than name and birthday) if you want to. You are totally free to opt out of that portion of it.

I have downloaded the app. I have registered. The app is stating that my email is invalid and yet it is the only email that I use. Doesn't look like I can utilise the app after adding all of my important information and I do not know how to fix the problem/s.

I agree with another reviewer. I'm not giving my insurance company, and my birthdate and signing a forms. I was hoping, as a female with AS, to be able to give ongoing data to someone who could then use or distribute said data for research. I understand needing to know, generally, a person's age and some of the other information but asking for exact birthdates and insurance company is a bridge too far. I also would have expected more questions about careers or working environment, etc

Registered and went to download but it won't and really disappointed as i was looking forward to tracking mine and helping shed more light on what's helpful or not with debilitating arthritis of the spine.

Terrible!! Registered hut can't get logged on. Tried on a computer and still have the same problem. Registered a different email and still can't log on. These apps are getting so frustrating lately!!

The app opens but then it goes to a full screen of quotes that won't go away so I can't even get into the app itself.
