This is the worst app I've ever used for delivery. Even doordash has a better app. It crashes, and it randomly selects the location to store visual proof of delivery. And it wasn't enough, the map is unusable due to the fact that unless you zoom in, you won't see the stops, and no option to optimize. And to really sink it in, and show that this is the worst app; the app is rarely updated. So yeah. Worst delivery app.

Courier time wasters: 1) Geotracking: Can be well over a minute at beginning and end of stop every time. 2) Photos: Take photo, wait, remaining still, approximately 10 to 15 seconds for confirmation the picture was captured and clear before moving along with collection/delivery. These areas alone can keep a courier on site approximately 3+ minutes (in my case) more than necessary everytime. At 20 stops/day, this adds up and forces faster driving to remain on track. Get rid of appearing on top!!

I use this app for work and it works great most of the time. The package scan camera can be a bit iffy and you have to close and open the camera a couple of times sometimes to make scanning faster because the app will just stop scanning stuff. Also a strange question for you my co-worker has a baby laughing sound notification and the rest of our crew does not have it. How do we go about getting this sound? Thanks, great app

Yay, now the update in 09/2022 is doubling (perhaps more) the amount of times the program crashes after taking photos and geo tracking just spins and spins and spins like a merry-go-round on roids. No need to reply, I have seen my own and other reviews, the buck is passed off as problems the phones, we can afford, cause not the program at all.

Works great. But it doesn't want to close. I have a galaxy s22 plus and I have to tap the home button multiple times. It also won't let me open maps or make calls from the app.(update). I had to add permissions and allow more battery usage. Still don't get push notifications for emails.

Next stop 2 is way better and much easier to use and less time-consuming. I should be able to do the location scan and then take pictures as needed. And what is with all the double zeros. Bottom line why try to fix something that wasn't broken. Having to put a zero when there is no pickup when there is already a zero there is just redundant and time-consuming

This app is a nightmare! Continues to pop-up dialog boxes when it gets an answer it does not care for. Will not allow me to optimize my battery so it steadily drains it. It will not assign a barcode to a particular option either. Also keeps taking over my phone! When I minimize the window to try and do something else on my phone it continues to reopen itself not allowing me to do so. This is ridiculous! I should be able to use my phone for things other than its application. Please fix this!

App has a lot of problems. Pick-up or delivery does not show customer going to or where you picked it up. Miles as crow files, very archaic. History of calls 1 day. Route map inaccurate. No total $ per day. No time log for arrival/pu. Weekly bill statement doesn't total each call. Login error message when not trying. "Remember Me" forgets me. Too many to list. Embarrassing!
