WHY are there two apps for DC 311? WHY? If one is not correct then remove it from the Play Store. This one looks more official but other was updated more recently. Pick one and go with it. I used both to submit same issue since I don't know which, if either, will work. Imagine I'm not the only one sending potentially dupicate requests. Photos upload strangely in this one though but I did receive a request number. Time will tell if anything happens. Course that still means nothing w/ this city.

Apparently DC gov. didnt like that SeeClickFix did a better job and now residents are forced to use this mediocre, counter-intuitive app that can't work with password mgrs. and is impossible reset. Photos don't upload, maps can't find addresses. The web version is only slightly more user friendly. Reintegrate SeeClickFix!

This app replaces the Washington DC 311 app by SeeClickFix. I was actually a fan of the layout of the predecessor app as it was pretty quick and efficient to use before being closed. This app requires many steps to report or find anything. The maker, Salesforce, is a major company, so one would think more attention to detail could be provided. They certainly have the resources. The app just started in DC, so it will need some adjustments.

I couldn't even log in because the app won't allow pasting into the password field. I use long, randomly generated passwords in a password manager for security: it's ridiculous that this app effectively prevents anyone from using a password they can't remember.

Constantly closing tickets without any work being done or any response that shows he appropriate agency has even viewed the requests.

UX. Who made this app? Sign up, MSG: password too short. Next try, MSG: email already in use. Try forgot email, MSG: can't reuse old password??? Go back to app try old password that's obviously being compared against. MSG: wrong password. Wasted 25 min. I'm missing see click fix.

barely works if at all, constantly crashing

This app is very convenient to use, and much easier than calling in to 311 services. This should definitely be your first choice when contacting 311
