Didn't show the actual location as well as no sound from the device. Also didn't show details information regarding the overall activities like shown in the apps pictures. Also allow notification option is fridge which I have tried by different phones. Request to solve this issues.

Notification sounds on phone for alarms do not work. There is no sound when one of the alarms is activated.. The alarms are showing in the app, but no notification sounds. Please fix this, so that I know when the alarm has been triggered.

Tesslock user here. Gps signal is not accurate most of the time. App interface has lot of issues. Tesslock device gives me call or makes sound even when the bike is unlocked. Overall, not very good experience

Very bad service from this app. Not showing the real time location. Even I there is no previous record of riding locations... ... Strongly need to develop

UPDATE: I asked the merchant where I bought the GPS and they renewed my access for free as part of my purchase. Expires after 1 month with no way to reload.
