None of the help pages in the app work, they just show an infinite spinning progress indicator. Couldn't connect to the CGM on the first try, had to kill the app in between. Impossible to find any support contact anywhere. It keeps bugging me about the phone being silent. Yes, I know the alerts will be silent and that's how I want it, you don't need to remind me every single time. At least the actual glucose level monitoring seems to work so far, so 2 stars from that.

Nice simple layout and easy to use. However it needs some improvements like colour coded diary entries for meal, insulin, calibration etc would help. The graph with the glucose trend is handy but cumbersome at times. It would be helpful if timing of meals, insulin injections, exercise etc would appear in here. A bit more customisation would be nice in general. Apart from that I've had issues with the app not accepting calibrations and contacting support through the app leads to an error page..

Even though it shows in settings, the target range is locked and not changeable. Support suggested using low and high alerts instead, but they are not part of the % in range calculation and are only visible when the alert is enabled and if it is, an alert is triggered should the glucose value fall outside that range. Not really usable for the purpose suggested. Also, the max value setting for the chart only has two values and both are way too high and waste a lot of screen estate.

Hi, One bad thing is that when I connect to mom's phone via Teamviewer, I can't see Dexcom screen. Very nice of you to focus on security, but can you please make it optional? As this cause a lot of problems when trying to assist her, and she needs assistance as is 82 years old. I am pretty sure there are more people like me who are frustrated with this.

The sensor itself is more accurate for me, much better warm up time of 30 minutes and the 12 hour Grace period BUT there are many major flaws with You can't view previous day glucose readings only up to the last 24 hours, you can't take screenshots on an Android phone only IPhone (not sure on amy other phones) which would be a really useful feature to have as I really don't want to get an IPhone when my contract is up. Dexcom urgently need to review these features, look at the Libre 2 app.

The only issue I've got with this app in the 2 months of use is that you can't take screenshots on an android device yet on an iPhone you can. It's not a Samsung or android regulation either as you can screenshot the libre app with no problem. Please please fix this! It may seem a small issue but I, and many others are used to being able to screenshot and share results. You can screenshot the clarity app. I've contacted support, no help.

buggy af. sensor constantly loses connection leaving you with no glucose alarms so pretty pointless. won't allow alarms to override DND, so if you have a work meeting and have your DND on, or have your phone set to DND at night, you much just end up in a coma, which seems like a pretty major flaw. very few reports or features compared to competitors - for eg, can't look back at individual readings, only current reading and a graph (very hard to tell what BG was at any earlier time. no screenshot

I had previously only given this app one star as the only location option was the USA. The patient support staff traced the issue to two separate language settings on my phone, once sorted all was good. This App/monitor has proved to be simple to set up and very accurate, although I had to use the calibration option on both the units I have used. I have learnt at lot about my diabetes I had no idea how much stress effects your sugar levels for starters. BTW the monitor is not uncomfortable.
