It's okay, but it doesn't make sense to have two separate apps. This one is to manage the account, pay bill, and DishAnywhere functions like a slingbox, but also able to watch live TV, manage programming on your dvr, etc. Both are cool, but two separate apps? Come on guys, it's 2024 already!

The App is okay but it needs some improvements. Like for one it should stayed logged in instead of having to login every time you switch the app. It automatically logs you out and you have to log back in all the time. The 2nd thing is y'all need to get the buttons separated so that you can actually see it to where when you want to pay something. Other than that it is okay.

Sucks! Sucks! Sucks!!! A year after my 1 star review and it still just sits there and never opens!!! Used to be fine, but it's been months since it's actually opened after the biometric prompt. It takes my print, then just sits there. I also can no longer order a movie through text.

Found navigating very difficult. I wanted to compare core packages and then be given a screen where I could select the one I want. Instead I was forced to cancel my current plan and then I think was given one.

As this was my first time using the app on my phone, it was easy and quick. As long as it's like this everytime, I see no problem using the app. Tho, I miss going online through my computer. But I can't get through, soo it was either this or call. Glad I tried this!

It'd easy to use super simple makes the bill way less intimidating the only problem keeping it from a 5 star is every once in a great while the app doesn't work for a few days for maintenance and it made me miss my bill one time it's only ever happened once

1st stations R generally ok. Except weather issues(rain & wind). Customer service is never in USA. (that sucks). They do try 2 help. Price is ok. I have 1 horrible issue. Dish has the worst ever feature on their programming. STANDBY mode is so horrible! I can't turn it off & only set it for two hours max! So the TV will shut off in the middle of a game/movie. I pay 4 the service. I should decide when it stops! This 1 feature will be the reason I won't stay with dish! or recommend seevice!

Great service. Channel lineup is great. They will work to customize your channel lineup to meet your needs. They are able and willing to get your bill priced to make themselves competitive with the streamer e. g., Sling, You Tube, etc. They were able to get my bill adjusted to just above what I would have paid Sling. My Dish has a better product and the 10 or 15 a month more is justifiable and worth it!
