It helps us monitor network performance, collect data for product improvement, and gives us a tool to remotely support you, as a customer, if you have any issues with your device. Horrible app, drains battery, and the location button on this app turns on by itself. It lets you turn off the location, but it sneakily turns itself back on without your permission. This has to be illegal.

It's horrible. The notification keeps popping up and never goes away. It's irritating having to see it there without it going away unless I clear it. Evey HOUR! Doesn't help at all because either way, my phone keeps dropping calls.

Didn't ask for this app to be downloaded and it wasn't on my phone when I purchased it, so I'd love to know how it got there, and more importantly, how the permissions I refused suddenly appeared as allowed 🤨- very suspicious! Now that data is at 0 & ALL permissions & notifications are removed, if they reappear at ANY time after today, I will have proof this app has crossed clear lines & a lawsuit will be filed...

I've had patience with this app, even before it's was boost diagnostics, it was just the network companion app. Ever since it's installation my experience with my phone has been declining. Now the app is just completely unavailable but it's still on my phone and I can't remove it. Make it make sense please😐

First and foremost I didn't ask for this app to be installed just because I am a customer with boost doesn't mean I want the suckage that comes with it. Whatever happened to consent. The app just appeared one day now my battery is draining fast when I have barely even used my phone. Wish I could turn off the background usage and disable the app it quite literally doesn't do anything but drain your battery life. I'm extremely upset I've been having nothing but problems with boost.

I have been with boost for 20 years and now same number and now in the last few months I can not pay my bills with a reboost card or get on a boost app the recording says they say they don't recognize my number I have called at least 30 times trying to get it fixed and put my number back in the computer or fix it they say they will but it still not fixed if they don't fixed this I am going to a another phone carrier thank you Jimmy Wade Send

Horrible service. Boost is a money grab. These people could care less about the quality of service they provide. It's only marketed to minorities and lower middle class people for a reason. Don't give the money you work for to a company like Boost mobile/ Dish Network. I've experienced countless dropped calls and vanished text messages for almost a year. You won't even know someone called unless you get a voicemail notification. You try to send a text but the network isn't available. Trash!

Is it so wrong that they put this app on our phone without even asking us and now I'm having nothing but problems like the rest of you my battery drains fast my phone gets hot and my calls are dropped and then my phone freezes up and if you notice they don't reply back to us at all and that's just wrong I wish there was something we could do about this and I have been with Boost for 13 years and never had problems like this before and I'm thinking about changing carriers
