The time given in appointment is of no use at all. Once you pay the fees then you are given preference accordingly. So pls inform the patients accordingly rather than miss guiding them with wrong information. I have experienced that people coming after me also are given first preference which is really bad and wrong. I feel the app is just for name sake and does not help at all. I even got a call twice to confirm my appointment but had to wait for hrs inspite of taking the appointment.

Waste experience and appointment service ever seen. I was looking for zero star but unfortunately I have to atleast give them one to write a review. After booking online appointment you have to wait for 1 hour for your turn to come. My appointment was scheduled at 12.50 - 12.55 but when I reached at the same time I was given 11th number n told to wait n I had to wait for one hour. No one has manner to talk while you take up this issue to them. Literally sick staff, worst service, unmannered ppl

Initial experience was poor..the staff don't provide guidance on the online platform.which led to three failed appointments and dissapointment . please have calling APPT as an alternative who aren't internet friendly, especially elderly people . It's a frustrating experience.. poorly informed staff doesn't manage patient well.

Any kind of Test done at Thunga should also be updated in the app. Kindly do the needful, so that all records are in one place and no follow up with anyone is required.

Doctors are highly unprofessional.. in these covid times also they keep patients waiting for 1.5-2hrs.. even after giving an appointment slot online through this app.
