Probably the only delivery app that matches your spends in terms of rewarding you. Not only do you get credits matching your spend, you also get freebies - the highest could get you a whole Margherita pizza! The service is also amazing. P. S.: The only caveats are that the selection is limited, & the deliver later feature isn't good. Only once out of 3 times did it go forward without cancelation.

The driver delivered it somewhere else. I had been waiting for 2 hours for my order. When calling customer service they blamed me for it stating that you did not pick up your phone and we do not give the delivery partners the complete address. I had provided all correct details and address as asked in the application. I as a customer obviously dont know whats happening on the back end. Very bad customer service. Better to use Swiggy and Zomato, atleast they are reliable. Uninstalling asap!!!

Delivery is mostly delayed. Cooking instruction not followed. They gave refunded in the eatsure wallet without asking whether I want in my source account or not. And the refund amount expired within 7 days. They didn't give even 30 days validity for the refund. Only plus point is we can order from multiple restaurant at the same time. But the service is very bad. Swiggy, Zomato is much more better.

Great offers! Super good to save money and get variety at once. Though there are limited food partners, but the quality of food was amazing. I have ordered twice only as I don't order delivery much, but being a student the deals were assuring. Good job team Eatsure.

Pathetic Experience !! 1) Have to order something on train & it took 6 times to do so. Everytime I get to the payment gateway 502/504 bad gateway pop up. It keeps on refreshing and I have to add everything to the cart again & again. 2) Their sure points policy, don't know when they update new guidelines & then claim it for customer better experience. Unable to use those bloody surepoints & they keep on expiring. Chutiya banaate hain sale.

Pretty fantastic! Food quality and delivery both are top notch! The app does glitch a bit, especially when you select multiple choices, but not a dealbreaker by any means. Highly recommended!

I'm an elite pass member, food is great and every and because of some circumstances I changed my phone temporarily to older version - android 7, and whenever I open the app and try to order something app just crashes and send me directly home, I couldn't even put anything in cart, not even able reach the check out. Other delivery apps works fine but eatsure is having this issue, so fix it please, thank you.

while the concept is good, looks like just three concept is good! the promise is quality, their delivery partners mark delivery before delivering. the support in the app is pathetic! maybe fix basics before you optimise the cost with automation!
