Okay, so I do like the idea of this app, but it is bad in every possible ways.. - SMS authentication code did not work at the beginning - After it did, I was forced to authenticate my email, their email wasn't even personalized let alone had the code in it - The app requires me to have my location shared at all times? Not even Uber did this. The execution is horrible, IT infrastructure is horrible, and privacy (and battery usage mind you) is outrageous. I hope this app fixes it's s***.

I have been trying to contact in all ways that I could to your company but no response at all (emails, social medias messages, contact numbers) I was charged with SR900 for the reservation I made in Ritz Carlton but the when we arrived they said there is no such app that they recognize. I was charged with such amount, I did not get your service and now none of of your contact info is reachable!!!!!

Beware, just 12h after using this app for the first (and last tim my creditcard was charged with 450 $ fraudulent fees and soon had to be blocked, I dont think this to be a coincidence. Got my money back from the Bank in the end but ended up without a Card 5 days before travelling. This app is the only way to see certain places in KSA, but I suspect data Security is compromised there, so better refrain from using it.

The restaurant has cancelled my booking while I am in the restaurant and charged the full amount of the bill without deduction, I tried all the communication channels to report this to my table, even sent evidence with no response at all. Very bad customer service, watch out.

This app is terrible. Very complicated and unfriendly. They charged me for a reservation in Habitas hotel and it says its cancelled. They send messages in Arab and I dont understand the language. Very frustrating.

annoying app with multiple verifications required. why can't I just reserve as a guest and get it over with... and it keeps asking for my location with every step.

The errors on this app is non stop! There is a new bug at least once every month! Now the app keeps crashing when trying to sign in on Andriod!

Very bad app. It's so slow and if I cancel a reservation. The unrefundable fee does not go back to my wallet. In other words, the wallet is useless.
