No option to download previous year's report card from app. Even if we go to the portal, the UI is so bad and the document is hidden deep inside that people will figure it out only by luck. And on top of that, the report card is in image format and not pdf, so cannot download. Very high rate of MDR charged for online payments. Even UPI payments and internet banking payments which are free on all other sites are being charged here. Would gave given zero or negative stars if it were possible.

This is the slowest app I have ever used in my life. I tried 10 times inorder to pay school fees. The app menus and look and feel are fine. but either the backend server or the backend program or database and the data reading and display is very slow and buggsome. I was exited from the app many times. they are projecting an app inside their app that's why it's slow. Better they should approach some better banking or payments systems and bypass unnecessary wrappers.

Its pretty long time since the inception still carrying the basic bugs as wrong credentials even with the right number and DOB... at least have some link straight away a link to the registered mobile? Also if the user shifts to a new phone again the wrong credentials need to be pulled from school documents...wanted to know if the schooll documents wrong or the datbase with eliot is currupt? Good work but needed quite light tweaks.. ATB

It was working fine and after changing the phone, I'm unable to login with exact same credentials. Sent an email to your support email and no response. No support at all.

I like this app but there is a problem when we pay fees after two three weeks only it will show the fees is paid if we look at the same day after paying it it will show the fees is unpaid
