Unable to log in through my institution username. Whenever I log in they ask me the institution name and then the link does not go to the username and password page. It goes to the institution email. Something is really screwed up. So frustrating.

My favorite resource for the majority of my nursing/medical-related queries. Rarely does it not have relevant results. Also, it allows me to download a PDF which can be really useful when I need to review information offline. Update (4.18.23): the new update does not allow downloading a PDF copy of the content.

I have access through my school and it was working great for a week! But now it's forever stuck on the sign in screen and it says it doesn't recognize the email and I can't change the institution. I can log in perfectly fine on my laptop via my school account though so it seems to be an app issue

Zero functionality; setting this up was a complete waste of time because of the broken/byzantine credentialing system... I have access through my institution and can log in to the website through our institutional portall, then using a separate username to bookmark chapters, etc. With the app I can only use my non- institutional login to access the app, so although I can see the articles I've saved (and accessed) on the website the app says I don't have access.

This app is much improved with the recent format update. The only gripe is that some books, once opened, require two fingers touching the screen to scroll - which is an unusual glitch, present on only some of the ebooks.

The "enhanced login flow" is awful. You have to log in repeatedly. I can't use my account the I created and linked to my institution anymore. You can't browse by subject or resource type anymore. This is a prime example of updating something just to do it.

The latest update is awful. In the previous version there used to be list of books or journals to browse and now there's simply a search bar..not to mention the format of the ebook which isn't reader friendly at all ..we need the previous version please

After I navigate to the desired textbook, I am unable to scroll up and down the table of contents by tapping and dragging. Therefore it is impossible to access later chapters in the book. Please make it possible to tap and drag the table of contents so that users can scroll to later chapters.
