Used it for a couple weeks. Some of the recipes are great (like Cheesy French Dip sandwiches), some have clearly never been tested in real life (e.g. Thai Meatballs that had a sauce calling for equal parts peanut butter and soy sauce. It was wayyyyy too salty. And the meatballs were bland). Sending a shopping list to Walmart still requires some manual input, and Walmart was having issues and wouldn't let me order. Not the fault of eMeals, but while they only partner with one grocery store, this will be an issue. Perhaps branching out to more grocery store offerings would avoid such problems. That being said, customer service was very friendly and helpful when I decided to call and cancel my account. Overall, it's a great idea and I really wanted it to work for us. But we ended up just going with a meal delivery service. For now, eMeals needs (a) better/more consistently good meals and (b) better solutions for grocery ordering/delivery. If you can handle those downsides, give it a try!

I've been using eMeals for several years and it's just so convenient and easy to use. I love that it connects right to my grocery store app so I don't even have to bother with a list or mess with the crowds. There's a good variety, but also some tried and true favorites that I always come back to. And, it's been great to switch between meal plans as our dietary needs change. Well worth the money!

I love the concept and the ease that this gives my family, but the app is glitchy. I will continue to use it, but it's so annoying when it constantly crashes, won't load the meal recipes I pick for the week, doesn't sync many of the ingredients, drops lists mid shopping, etc. UPDATE: It's improved since the update, but still glitchy. Updated to 4 stars.

I love this app I've been using it every week for years. We eat healthy tasty homemade meals every night and haven't had a repeat or bad recipe yet! My kids love helping pick out the weeks dinners too. Makes our busy life feel a little less hectic. It takes me less than an hour to pick out dinner recipes and send the ingredients to my grocery store for pick up.

Mixed bag - it works fairly well and gives decent directions. It has a good mix of recipes. The option for sending the list to our grocery is pretty excellent. We always have to QC it to make sure we get the right stuff after the incident where we ended up with 12 packages of 10 taco shells instead of 12 taco shells.

I have two 4 yr olds, a 6 year old, a 70 yr old, and a 43 yr old in my house. I do not have the best cooking talents. This app has SAVED MY LIFE. Dinners are so much easier, every night is something new, its easy enough I can do it. They're quick, there's something for every occasion. Crockpot if I'm going to be short on time at night, quick if I need a last minute dinner. The sides are awesome. It has literally made my life so much easier. I want to cry. I couldn't say enough nice stuff

Love all of the new features that eMeals has added recently.(Some I have not even used yet). However, since the most recent update,I have been unable to click on the other meal plans on the home screen to view those recipes. Fix that issue, and it'd rate it 5.

There is No way to create an account in the app maybe you have to create one online? If so forcing users to Login online probably also requires you to put your payment method in online as well. Maybe circumventing the play stores subscription service and it's protections? from several other reviews it can be a nightmare to cancel. Some people say they're charged even after cancelling and are offered discounts that are never applied and still charged full price. I dont know I don't trust it
