It is a very responsive chatbot and serves its purpose, but the app is worse. It takes so much time to load the chat, send messages, etc. Overall, the bot service is very good. Try to improve your app, as it's easier to reply from the app than from your web portal.

Pathetic app. It doesn't work at all. Notifications don't work, it takes forever to connect to the messages and by the time you get connected, the customer leaves the chat. You keep losing customers by the time you get connected through this app. Not sure why we got sold into such poor solution. The onboarding takes forever to complete - not even 50% complete even after 4 weeks. And, we would have raised some 8-10 tickets!!! Avoid!
