To overcome the problems with this app having no English. I found that if you get your invoice via email, there is an option to use quick pay, just click pay option and it takes you to another app and it's in English, really easy, just like the old app was

Scan for Payment is not working. App always crash after finishing scanning for a few seconds. Sometimes I can put credit card number in app, but again, it crashes and make payment impossible. Try to uninstall and reinstall, but result is the same. Samsung galaxy S9+.

Such a nonsense. TOT quick pay app has no English version for months and foreigners who are TOT members cannot pay their bills online!!! Reported this many times via phone but still nothing. If TOT cannot make this app in English, why TOT accept foreigners as customers??? Fix this or i finish my membership with TOT. Thanks

Absolute rubbish now, can't login anymore, can't pay bill anymore, oh but wait I can check the weather! Do you guys test updates before you release, obviously NOT! Back to using the very clunky and tedious TOT eService webpage to pay bills provided they actually get delivered before the due date. Can't pay with Krungsri Bank etc... With all the excellent and easy payment systems in Thailand this is downright embarrassing! Please just delete this version and replace it with the old version again.

very bad, impossible to create an accountneed to use guest account option. payment refused regularly, inccapable to enter google saved credit cards automatically in their payment form. just a lost of time. old company with incompetent staff i suppose

After update in december. I need to re-registor and now i can't access to the app. Update: After un-install and install again the app is moving back to previous version and can be use. Why developer didn't tell anything about this? You team just update unusable app then replaced previous version back to play store.

Completely useless, ZERO STARS. I can’t pay my bill because I can no longer log into the app. When you select English, it’s hopeless because it still has 75% of the information written in Thai. This app must have been developed as a class project for a 7th grade programming course.

The latest update has made the app completely impossible to use. What's more, the website now just has a message saying that as TOT and CAT have merged, online payment is not possible for the time being without any date as to when it will be again.
