ProCall Mobile is a native smartphone and tablet app with selected unified communications and CTI functions.

When it works it's barely an ok app. Mostly, it doesn't work, has a bunch of issues and bugs, and most importantly - calls alget dropped before the phone even rings. Terrible app in 2024, compared to competition, of which most are free or much cheaper.

Base Usage is with MacOS in our Company. My phone is powered by Android, and somehow the App is not working correctly. Calls come in on basic phone app, so I can't see if the call is private or over the app. Also, I cannot forward the call and always have to hang up and tell the customer that the requested coworker will call back. In my situation - this app, sadly, is useless. On iPhones, my colleagues say it's working not bad.
