This app is just so perfect! The whole content stems from an adept understanding of the concept of depression, especially, the feelings and experiences of a depressed fellow. The mindfulness part is super-dope. I really love it. Sorry, don't wanna be selfish, but I would've rated it 5 if the audios were made offline. Would prefer it if the app were larger in size owing to offline audios rather than streaming it online every time I need it. Great work though! 👍

Unlike all the other CBT apps that charge a hefty subscription fee, this app is COMPLETELY FREE in it's entirety (with ads) FOREVER. It doesn't have the flashy cartoon characters like the others, however it has all the tools and information you need. I'm really glad I found this and appreciate the developers and Dr Frank for putting so much effort towards making CBT accessable to everyone

Don't waste your time. So disappointing. This app would be great if it worked properly. People who really could use this help need an app that works. The link to contact the app makers does not work.

Myself it helps so much! Especially in the stressful times when my depression was getting worse. Before the pandemic I would use on nights when I couldn't fall asleep and during a migraine or after a seizure great to help me relax.

I love this app. I've read the articles and I frequently listen to the audios. The audios are very helpful, I can use strategies to improve mindfulness, calm down or be uplifted and to help me fall asleep.

Using the very basic "sayings" or the more complex exercises, it's a very helpful app for living qith depression. Thank you! I do wonder why the company would accept gambling advertisements that often run on the bottom. Seems ignorant at best and heartless at worse.

I am so grateful that Monica Frank has made the Excel At Life apps and web resources freely available to those of us who suffer from mental illness. She has taken very complicated subject matter and simplified it all in one app that is easy to use and has provided me great relief and comfort.

This app seems very helpful so far. Some of the security questions for setting up a password make me uneasy. If you choose to set up a password please don't use the last 4 digits of your social security number or the maiden name of anyone in your family options.
