The app always refuses to load or display bill information, and it repeatedly non-consentually enrolls you in paperless billing, which emails you a link, to the website, where your bill can't be displayed. Using autopay results in charges higher than what the app says your balance due is. But you can't double check, b/c they're hiding the bill. E-Payments are intentionally held for a week or more as 'pending' in an effort to get them to bounce. Super shady. Highly unethical. Complete Trash.

Autopay system is a mess. App is never signed in and biometrics isn't a thing. It was a good idea changing the icon completely and the color so we can't even find the stupid app to pay a bill we shouldn't have to manually pay but must because all of the revenue from our power bills isn't enough to build modern reliable IT systems for customer interaction.

Great app. works well but it always getting updatd. Dont have enough space to update,so I cant use it. Y cant leave it alone,the way it is? I was able to update app but now it wont get data. Says error in loading data. B4 I needed to update,everything worked perfectly. Update. When is the app going 2 b fixed so I can have access to my account? I have been checking app,still says "error in loading data". After I uninstalled the app and then re installed it,its working great. No problems at all.

App is as good as useless. Any changes made on the app isn't effected by bge. I changed my method of payment to my credit card from using a bank account yet, they used the old payment account which I have closed and claimed my payment was returned; I was charged a fee for that. Now, this is another month, my credit card still haven't been charged and I'm expecting them to say payment was returned and still charge me a fee. I cannot access the bill interface without major issues.

The app was updated through Google Play. Whenever I try to sign in, it opens up the browser. When signing into the browser, it gives me an error saying "we're sorry, we weren't able to process your request. An error occurred and we weren't able to process your request. Please try again". It also never leaves the browser back to the app. The new app is basically useless. Might as well use the browser. It's over and over and over again. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Running on Android 12.

Very unhappy... The last update caused more problems than it fixed. The app was working fine for years and now I can't even get signed in to access anything using the app. The username and password are correct because they work online. After completing the multi factor verification the app never opens. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I have been using this for about 4 months now and have not had any issues. About a week ago I went to use the app and noticed that it didn't show me the whole month of Aprils usage under the usage tab. I paid my bill the other day but the app still shows as me not paying the bill even though I have a confirmation number. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and I have restarted my phone with no luck. Please fix this bug. Thank You

Got a bill for past due & already signed up for Auto Bill via the app. I went in & paid but next one's due by month end so we will see if the Auto Bill goes through. They take their time posting but this time something went wrong. I tried to send an electronic contact form to billing & even attached a screen showing Autobill but the continue button was not enabled no matter what I did even though I completed all mandatory fields. 2nd time having trouble with app.
