App has been 5* until the past month or so. Anytime I press the theater icon at the bottom to see what movies are playing at a specific theater, the app crashes and closes. Uninstalled, reinstalled several times over the last few weeks with no change. Last reinstall was today and it's still crashing every time. Can't use the app anymore if it doesn't even work 😞

The interface of the app is great and easy to use until the payment method. There is when things turn frustrating. After selecting everything and selecting your payment method, the app errors out, over and over again. This happens 80% of the time, maybe even more. They really need to address this.

The app is great when it works, but 80% of the time, it just doesn't. It won't load showtimes or let me buy a ticket, and I've tried updating the app, clearing the cache, even uninstalling and reinstalling, but this issue just keeps happening. It makes it really hard to use the Regal Unlimited subscription they keep raising prices on.

Can't use Gift card to pay for unlimited plan. The app only shows you to pay unlimited with credit card. I place check mark next to a gift card and there's no way to Save the option and it defaults to credit card. Tried contacting customer service and they can't figure it out. The problem is with the app

About the worst mobile app I've ever seen. If a new person to the app loads the app and then tries to enter a new account, there is no place to enter an existing card in the regal app. I'm not sure what you guys were thinking but this is the worst implementation of a web app I've ever seen. And I've been around a very long time. It would be wonderful if you would, even in the app have a place that would recognize that.

This app is terrible! Super buggy, laggy, unresponsive, and inconsistent! I've only been able to buy a ticket one time through the app, and that was the first time I used the app. I can't even update my password or request an email because I cannot enter text in the boxes, but can still hit the submit button. It also doesn't help that the website thinks it's under a cyberattack when I try to go through there, as well.

Unbelievably frustrating app- especially over the last couple of weeks. Constantly crashing and unable to display ticket purchases. That would be bad enough, but I'm now unable to even log in. It's been redownloaded multiple times, I've restarted my device, and I've still been getting the "something went wrong" log in error for 2 days. Awful.

The app is ok. There is a double charge for booking/service fee for an unlimited and another matinee ticket. The current movies playing has become more compact and difficult to see. The coming soon attractions do not allow you to prioritize by release date. To update my review. There is no cancelation option in the app or on the website. I am planning a three month trip out of the country. The email address provided automated responses with no assistance with what you would like help with.
