App is generally great. I can easily view movie times and book tickets. There are just 2 things I would like to see improved. If you exit your cart before checkout, you cannot return to it without re-booking your tickets and concessions. When you do, you've doubled what you've added & if you don't catch it, you're paying for double the concessions. You cannot order food and beverage after the movie has started from the app, despite this being an advertised benefit to being a member.

Mostly very good. Well laid as easy to follow/use. However attempting to NOT use one's credits is futile task. This means that even if you want to wait and use the credit for a more expensive late night showing over a matinee, the credit is applied to the first showing. And no, un-checking the Use My Credit box does not update the cart to actually charge you for the ticket.

The app is buggy. On sign-on, it fails to send the 2FA email on first attempt, and must be prompted to do so "again". It then fails to bring up the rest of the content on first attempt, thereafter. Now, it's simply failing to allow me to log in at all. I have credits in my account and I PAY for them. Get this fixed, please!

Overall a good app. The UI is a little cumbersome, mainly when just seeing what's playing for events or later in the month. Picking seats and times the day/week of is very easy. The points take awhile to earn, but that's pretty much expected at this point. There is a subscription if wanted. The thing that disappoints me with the app after the recent update is the watchlist removal. I spent a lot of time finding out what movies to watch. Now I have to make reminders and notes on my phone.

Really great if your a movie theater frequenter. I have 2 complaints and lowered my review for these reasons. 1. The app sometimes does not have all the options your local theater might have available in person and it makes it difficult to order ahead. 2. The app itself seems to always have trouble loading up and once it finally does it's very laggy and I usually have to use my computer anyway.

They put in a useless "feature" cake express tickets that your can't turn off. Where it picks 2 random seats for you. Didn't want 2 tickets that's a shame. Didn't want the right hand side of 2nd row sucks to be you. The only way around it is to go to the top of the ticket purchase screen and turn off express. Every time you want to look at a showing it there.

I do not like the latest update for this app. It no longer has the option to stay logged on or if it does, it isn't obvious. When I try to purchase tickets, I have it set to log on with finger touch, then I still have to log on with my password and then also wait for a texted verification code to enter. Then it sometimes still does me as not logged on. It is a royal pain to try to purchase tickets now.

Fantastic app, movie credits are so nice considering it's the same price as the membership for extra tickets so it literally pays for itself. And the 25% off concessions is a no brainer, we all know concessions at movies are already over priced. As somebody who loves movies the amount of money I've saved is crazy!
