I am trying to change the portions and it will not save. I have tried changing the name, time, portions, etc. for multiple feeding times and it refuses to save so I am unable to modify the settings. I cleared data, cleared cache and it still doesn't work. Frustrating experience, app is very buggy and poorly made, not polished at all. Would advise against using Wopet products. Edit: I was able to use an iPhone to update the settings. Still definitely do not recommend.

This app is broken and support does not appear to be aware. The app no longer allows for any changes to be made to the feed settings. BEWARE - if you contact support and are directed to reset the machine, be prepared to lose any feed settings you did have if you do so. When you add the machine back to the app, you will be left with 3 default feed settings that cannot be changed either. UPDATE - One week after contacting support, I received a FREE new (different) feeder using the Pet Zero app.

The upgrade pushed on 12/20 has broken the app. Just in time for Christmas and there is no way to go back to the old version so I can remote feed my cat. Update: The app has been fixed. I have both the food and treat dispenser. They are great! The food dispenser camera was scratched when it almost ran off with the racoons so I'll have to find a way to secure the box from theft and fix/replace the camera lens.

UPDATE: Tried reinstalling; now totally dead. The WiFi network name entry blank _does not work_. It opens the Android WiFi settings app instead and will not copy the name out. No text entry. It worked on first install-- briefly. TRASH. OLD: Currently OUT OF STATE. Worked for the first day, but now, while the camera is working, suddenly my 10 kg cat shows as "1 kg" and all the other fields are blank. Attempting to fix it says "Setting failed." IS MY CAT EVEN GETTING FED?!

The more money you spend on the feeder the worse the app gets? That doesn't sound right. I mean it works but I expected it to actually look good. The cheaper feeders have the nice app. Side note one review is mad the app needs access to photos(yes because it takes pictures/video) location(yeah for your time zone for scheduling) contacts(because you can share said photos within the app) people are ignorant, not their fault. Update, unit has no idea my country has daylight savings time

I had both of my feeders working relatively ok on the old app (some connectivity issues but at least I got the feed schedules set up). I got a new phone and had to download this new app. Now I can't get either of my feeders to connect and because I had to factory reset in order to attempt to connect I don't have my schedules anymore and have to manually feed. Sent a help request a few weeks ago through the app and never got a response. Sent another request last week and still no response.

Complete garbage. Can't connect with my wifi manually entered, nor with the QR code. 2.4 Ghz, WPA2, the whole deal. I can connect to the feeder's AP, and following their instructions, that's the end of it. Dead end. Add on top the 12 char max account password, and overly intrusive permissions, and we're done.

Spent a ton of money on the camera and the app hardly functions. Most of the time it shows the camera is offline. Other times it shows it's online, but never actually loads. But the consistent problem is that once you press a single button input, the whole app freezes and crashes. Plus there's no way to turn off the camera when the app isn't in use, so who knows where that data is going. The camera and treat dispenser is high quality, but this app renders it practically useless.
