The latest upgrades to the app are really helpful. You've thought about the user (parents) and how we just need to see all the information in one screen without tapping around to find what is relevant. It's so much better now that everything is right there when you open the app. There are so many apps on my phone for the children's sports, school and bus etc that this used to be a chore to use. I don't usually comment (or notice) app upgrades but I'm grateful for what you've done 👍🏻

Unfortunately I have to leave at least 1 star to submit a review. The app is quite simply not fit for purpose. Notifications are vague which makes life difficult with multiple children. Then there is the issue of not being able to view my children's profiles as all I get is a white screen. Back when it did work, somebody thought a split screen set-up was a good idea...... it isn't when you're using a phone and screen space is limited.

This is a great app. However, I thought it had a glitch as I can normally select the work that we want to do and then I can select the powerpoint/word/task description and access easily but now it doesnt let me select it the same way...thats because the app has changed in the last few days - so now when it doesnt seem like you can select the pp/word doc...look in the top right corner and you will see a little i for information...click on i - you will then be able to select the pp/word doc/task

I would like to use this app, however it crashes on login each time since update. When it has launched in the past this app updates child information once or twice then fails to update. Profile button rarely works. Feedback doesnt update timely. Task due doesn't update timely. I have raised a ticket via our school IT admin but they havent had a reasonable rsponse. I have deleted cache. Delete app data. No change. Use the website as that works. Edit. Updated today, still crashes after logging in.

Useless. Get a notification in the top of my screen but whenever I log into the app the homepage is blank. Every menu option I select is also blank. There is literally nothing but blank screens so can't even use it. I keep having to go to the webpage which is annoying Edit to respond to developer. Still not working. Even website version has many issues, can't access second child's profile to upload homework or view dates for upcoming events. Why cant they just send notes home like they used to

So unreliable, I've not been able to use this app for nearly a week now. Constantly buffering as if it will load and fails to do so. It's steadily getting worse 😫 Been using it since 2020 and I think we all forgave how flaky it was because of the load of home schooling and everything else that was going on, but it's time for schools to find something that actually works and can cope with home much needs to go on.

Worst app I've ever used. Worked OK a couple of times, now crashes every time I try to start it - even after reinstalling. Have no way of keeping track of my teenage son's homework, other than trusting him to tell me where he's up to - hence overdue tasks and stress aplenty. Show my Homework isn't perfect either, but at least you can actually use it. This is terrible.

Edited:16/10/22, I simply don't understand why this app is so poor. All I want to see is what homework is set, yet I first need to wait +30 seconds for it to refresh (if I'm lucky). Once it's refreshed it sometimes allows me to open a tab and other times it just restarts. Homework attachments don't always open. It's just a painful experience for what should be a simple list.
