Chat with CS first, asking either it is applicable for pickup with one parcel only. Then, I manage a booking since 955am. Appear there the rider details, also an update time for pickup, for each 2 hour. I just keep waiting. Later than at 7pm, rider only made a miscall within 3sec, then he marked as Customer not Reachable😤. Then, got my parcel pending today. Please serve better next dear Flash Express Team

This app is useless. As a guest user trying to track an item, it only shows repeated "inbound" and "outbound" updates without any detailed movement information. Previously, the app provided full tracking details, including the item’s exact whereabouts. Other courier services still offer complete and transparent tracking, and this app's lack of basic information is unacceptable.

genuinely the WORST shipping company ever. they're the only company where I'll have problems with everytime a seller chooses to use their services. the order is always delayed or just takes unnecessarily wrong. and they claim to work 365 days a year meaning they should be working during public holidays, but I contacted their customer service on a public holiday and got no response.

worst delivery service in Malaysia hands down. slow, costumers service not helpful at all. delay after delay with no explanation. please I just want my package. it been in transit for a week. this is ridiculous.

item pick up tuesday, and till now friday not deliver the item. When i track the tracking number there's only showing unloading item, and still stuck at the same place. I don't feel doubt people comented worse for this apps service. I understand! Every place need to follow the instuction map adress.. but how worse your service if someone send item and stuck for 3 day in same place!? Is this delivery?

One of the worst tracking parcel app and delivery service I had ever used in my entire life. I just ordered my cosplay outfit a few weeks ago, I was expecting to get my parcel today. When I track down the number at my workplace during break time. Still can't find it as the progress is none existence. What's the point of opening an express parcel delivery service when you can't handle basic jobs right? J&T is better in my opinion.

Scammer. The track and trace indicates that I got a call from the courier. However, that is all a genuine fraud. I constantly check my phone because it indicates that my shipment is "on delivery." No call, no message, and no WhatsApp. Add a justification other than "Receiver Rescheduled" for not shipping the package. Real fraud. Shut down this company!

On website tracking. It Shown, call on receiver & unable deliver due to receiver reschedule. I did not receive any phone call. My name and office address correct. It been 2 weeks unable to deliver to my office working hour. I end up to the their warehouse to check and up pick. But admin told me, parcel with the delivery guy, but delivery guy not yet arrive. The admin to told me to wait. Seriouly? My time wasted and i have to use my annual leave.
