I love EVERYTHING about this app and the courses. I do want to offer a couple of suggestions, however 1) The ability to not have to continue pressing. 2) The ability to download either just audio of the course, or something. I don't always have wifi on my laptop when I'm out and about, and I don't wanna keep having to use my phone ALL the time. 3) Better account lesson sync.

I usually don't write, but this warning needs to be said: Don't expect an email reply by a person any time soon from the two different email addresses for them that I came across for a refund & account support! Also, from my exp in one subject, it felt like reading a book/online article or listening to an ebook with its minimal interactions, mainly being its text-to-speach audio feature (which can only read one section of text at a time via a button)... Not worth a discounted price.

Ok, just finished the JavaScript basics "course" in one sitting. Very basic, very easy to understand, and honestly a better intro than most others out there. Then you get to the test at the end...and it is asking things that are not covered in the course. Half of the questions were completely new terms or ideas that were never presented in the course. The course did a great job explaining the content it had and then the test makes you wonder what is going on?

They finally fixed a glaring mistake on early level of the sql course. I sent emails, screen shots and descriptions of the error. I paid for a subscription, but I was worried about their competence. I have changed my rating They fixed their errors. Update: I have to prove I bought the lifetime membership years ago. Can't find the email receipt. Do I really want to pay again? After sending them yet another email, they restored my lifetime subscription. Therefore, they regained their rating.

This is a great collection of digestible crash courses on a lot of topics and a wonderful starting point to direct further learning! However there are two major issues affecting this rating- one is the "sale" tactic being a red flag on its own but combined with the many errors is a deal breaker. There are many formatting errors in the lessons, including repeated or out of order sentences. the spelling and grammar could use work as well but isn't quite the barrier that the poor formatting is

I love this app and I'm so thankful that they offered the promotion where they allowed a single time purchase for the entirety of the courses because the full breakdown of how it takes you through the courses and each stage having a mini quiz. Ensures that it's taking you through the entire information and make sure that you're receiving it and retaining it.

I already have a decent amount of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and some with C#. This app breaks down knowledge into bite-sized pieces and has its own unique personality in teaching you. I'm enjoying learning new things that I missed in languages I've used before and getting good introductions and context for new languages. The quizzes are a bit easy sometimes, especially, but that's fine. Maybe it's just a topic I know well, or they don't aim to overwhelm you with difficulty. Still 5

Is truly useful when trying to learn a new skill, especially when it comes down to coding. It explains everything perfectly even when getting answers incorrect. It allows you to get an explanation behind. Why you got that answer incorrect? And you are able to change your answer and get an explanation on why it is correct. It doesn't take long. And I usually end up going on it whenever I have the time. It's very quick, usually takes about maybe twenty to thirty minutes to get through a lesson .
