This app doesn't do as described. I'm not getting flagged info when random spam numbers are texting to get info from my child. It's already problematic that we have to have two apps. And I was disappointed when I upgraded to the phone because come to find out the feature to be able to control the contacts wasn't available to android users.

The app worked fine for a few days, and now it seems to have kicked me out. Upon trying to log back in the app crashes when trying to receive the access code. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache on the app, all to no avail. I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with Gabb. For what it's worth I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, so I'm quite confident it's not my phone that's the issue.

Every time I try to sign in, this app closes before I even recieve the verification code. I've tried everything up to uninstalling and redownloading the app without any change. The "What's New" says that they fixed the issue, but its still occuring. Incredibly annoying and ultimately makes this app completely useless.

It won't even let me get beyond entering the phone number. As soon as it tries to send a code, app shuts down. Gabb customer service told me to check my internet settings... this is beyond frustrating, especially when my kids phone keeps receiving flagged messages, but we don't see anything, and customer service can't help unless I download this useless app.

Crashes everytime I enter my phone number to get the code sent. Tried using another phone number but it isn't connected to my child's account so I still can't do what I needed to on there. My phone gives me a message saying that the app has a bug & need to be fixed. This needs fixed ASAP so that I can monitor my child's account! This is the whole reason we are using GABB!

The app required I get a code every time I open it (I'm the parent). Now it just crashes. I've rebooted my phone and I've reinstalled the app. It still crashes shortly after opening. Unusable. November 4: The app still crashes, despite Gabb's claim that an update fixed the problem.

Every time I try to log in, I get sent a text code that takes me out of the app. When I try to go back into the app, I have to start the process over again. There's never an opportunity to put the text code into the app to verify. The glitch needs to be fixed.

I really liked this app at first. It was great to have some insight into communications my son was having. Now it won't work at all, I can't even log in, it crashes every time it's supposed to send me a code. It's a real shame. Hopefully there is a fix for this soon.
