Under "manage my properties" i DO NOT HAVE such features: Visitor Management, Panic Button, Noticeboard, Facility Booking, Feedback, Community Chat, User Management and By Laws & Forms. Quite disappointed with the app performance. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, the outcome still the same. If gamuda really care about our user experience to make our life easier to stay under your property, pls contact / reply me as I'm looking for your help to solve the app issue asap.

Thanks to ms. Athirah attending to the problems we faced. Now managed to log on and verified the user profile. Vendor is still rectifying the billing issues according to her. This app is much slower and less responsive than the earlier one, perhaps due to more contains it carried.

Very buggy app. Useful feature from the old app is missing, such as visitor registration. Unable to allow family members to use the app. In user mgmt added users unable to be edit or remove. App now is not as useful as old app, it's merely a marketing app now. You should do a data migration rather than asking user to re register and to make it worst registration process itself is buggy

Loading problem as always, being tried to open this app since ytd, unfortunately I still see the circle turning around when I open just now. Perhaps the IT team have show more initiative on this app, the loading bug never been solved since last year. Please do your job even you need to WFH, I believe IT dept should be able to do so.

Only the visitor management part is useful for recurrent visitors. Nothing else seems useful here. No tracking of complaints & their resolution. Other residents not allowed to view/comment/add on to a complaint made. Serves not much purpose to residents. Only a marketing platform for GL adverts for their properties. Money better spent on improving their Township department, which seems to be a 1 man show.

The recent GL friends system upgrade very lousy, previously GL Friend is completely free parking, now the new system changed to only free first 2 hrs parking, and not only that, every customer need to go CS to claim n verify to get the first 2 hrs free parking. The new upgrade actually looks like downgrade which created more inconvenience to users instead of improving users experience. Hope Gamuda will review n update the system again.

Manage to register but the message of user does not exist display instead. Edited: Support team direct approach me and assist for the troubleshootings, now the app is working fine, great customer service.

Dear app developer, this app should be upgraded long long time ago, very troublesome for us to make monthly maintenance fees pymt every month! When clicked in the app, only can see a blank white screen. TQ
