Just installed the app and already it needs improvement. The activation sound is ear-rendingly loud, a chime would be better, or just use the device's notification tone list. And the widget(s) should be 1x1 representations of each door/gate you need to open. That way you can unlock your phone, click the "gate" button, and drive on. No mucking about opening apps. And why does the widget say "master key"?

Trash, there is nothing wrong with keys. Who asked for this. Now instead of going inside I get to spend at least a min turning Bluetooth on and off and opening and closing the app so I can go inside. Love doing this at night when weirdos are hanging around. Also you can't have multiple things running. Listening to your Bluetooth headphones? Better turn them off and unconnect them before you attempt to go inside.

It's hit and miss when trying to exit the parking. In the first month the front gate entry worked fine and now doesn't work at all. I've tried the in app chat customer service and they said they did a refresh and to retry but it's the same result. And they are only available until 3pm PST so we didn't complete the troubleshooting.

Until just recently, I haven't had much negative to say about this app. It's annoying, and I hate the sound that plays when I open a gate, but it was fine. Now, I'm about to go on a family vacation for 2 weeks and will have no access to my cell because I'll be in Europe (no coverage). That being the case, I have a catsitter that will need access and I wont be able to! This app really needs a guest functionality- what would've cost $200 is now over $1000 bc I have to board in an unfamiliar place.

Why is this not integrated into Android Auto? I have to fumble with my phone with one hand on the steering wheel and one on the phone, launch the app while looking at my phone and trying to pay attention to my driving creating a potential safety issue, then click the correct gate button. For a vehicle app that is used 99% from inside a vehicle to not be integrated into Android Auto is an utter failure of execution. The app is OK, but failure to integrate into Android Auto is unacceptable.

"Okay Google" function does not work. I've tried to troubleshoot this with several techs and no solution. Creates a backup at the gates since we've started using the app.

Does not all ways work! An it's not safe to stand outside an use the menu when someone can come up behind you and hurt you while you're trying to get in your gate not a good app! Key to the gate is much more practical! There's no such thing as a safety gate!

If you're a building complex manager looking for app-based gate access, search elsewhere. This app has a +75% chance of giving the error that says "Something went wrong." This means missed packages for residents, residents needing to walk to the front gate, garage doors not opening causing traffic impediments, or trapping residents in parking garages. 86 residents in our complex are complaining about the failure of this app and we are working to switch to a different system.
