Last update broke navigation. Top bar is now missing and can't tab between Me, Messages, Activities etc.

15.11.2024 - I'm cleared to the highest level but still can not log into the app. I have cleared the cache, restarted the phone & uninstalled/reinstalled the app so many times I've lost count...even tried accessing the app on a friend's phone - with the same outcome. Registered, approved but unable to log in to the app - email or password incorrect. Have deleted & reinstalled 3 times, even reset password - link to reset was sent to my email address. Running Android 14 on a Samsung handset.

App is OK apart from: (1) the ear splitting siren which I've now turned off by going into the Responder settings via my phones Apps option. The downside is I mow miss most requests! Need an alternative noise. (2) I didn't sign up for chats (I'm rubbish at them) so either don't send them (most requests are chats) or enable me to see what the request is so I can decline if its chat. At the moment the alert does not indicate what its about. Until changes made the app remains set to Off Duty.

I have had the same experience it sounds like other have. The app is totally unstable and crashes. I do not want to put my self on duty out of fear of not knowing what will happen / what i will be asked to do. So i try to use the Simulate feature, this just results in the app reloading its self, going crazy and eventually crashing. Very bad execution. I can not now help as wanted to. If company's can make stable well made apps for fun silly things like additive games surely you guys can get in good people to make a stable easy to use app for something that can save lives! Please try to fix!!

Any chance to reduce the volume of the alert? It has just gone off for the first time and scared the living daylights out of me. At this rate, I may be one requiring assistance. Seriously, it's really piercing and would be so much better to be able to reduce the volume. Thanks for the very speedy response. Simulating an alert and reducing the volume when going off has worked (and a little embarrassed I hadn't thought of that...) Cheers

Pro's: App is brilliant. I have been to numerous arrests and other category 1 calls (also work for Emergency services) to assist my local ambulance service. The idea is fantastic for early intervention cpr and because of this I've helped save lives. Cons: I have this app on android (personal phone) and iPhone (works phone) and it crashes a lot on android. More so when I get alerted. I have to ring my ambulance service for the details. On iPhone its never been an issue.

I have volunteered once, after having done the task and completed the " with patient " as advised I found that I could not move the " Me " page down to access all of the toggles. Phoned RVS who advised me to go to the technical communications page on the website..which does not seem to exist. Uninstalled and reinstalled. no change. So I am now either permanently on or off duty !

The distance slider doesnt work properly. If I slide it to 25km, I go to another section of the app then come back to the distance and it has reset to a random distance. If I change it again, do something else and come back, the distance has reset to another random number. Quite infuriating and means it is not possible to set yourself as available in the correct radius. Samsung S8.
