Not sure how to rate it yet. I got it for navigation. It is nice that you put your rv info in and it already has all the measurements. I entered the info for my 1st trip and it has the same directions as google maps. It shows me going down roads from where I live that no rv should be on especially one my size. The only mapping that has sent me out and around and kept me off the narrow back roads is good sam trip planner but unfortunately it's not turn by turn it's something you have to print out

Web app experience is good. Mobile app compatibility with Android auto falls short of expectations. If I stop all audio or music sources, the app navigation prompts work (can be heard in my car over the speakers). But with music or news or a podcast playing, the RV life app navigation prompts cannot be heard. It interrupts music but no audio prompt. Volume isn't the issue. Significantly undermines the value of the app. Also, speed limits are at least a decade out of date (aka useless).

This app needs a lot of work the gps/map is not real time and doesn't show accidents weather nothing, it also reroutes by it's self when we haven't turned off the road then it has to be reset. It also isn't clear about turn by turn directions it tells you to "turn left now" 1/8 th of a mile or more before the turn.

There are many things I like about this app and its planning features, however there are serious problems when using the app to navigate pre-planned routes. Sometimes it will try to take me on random/useless side routes for no reason. The real-time map display (through Android Auto on my vehicle's screen) sometimes lags my actual position by hundreds of yards or more (causing me to miss turns). Sometimes it randomly recalculates and suddenly changes the (pre-planned) route. Other issues too.

You need to enter a large number of defaults and save it. The app always responds to me with an unspecified field being invalid without any help as to which particular field(s) is/are invalid and what entries are acceptable. If your fuel tank size is out of their range or you plan to travel more hours/miles than the unspecified default, you can't proceed. Entering lower values won't yield the trip info you need. For me, the trip part of this purchased app doesn't work.

Sorry-still a poor quality app. The old versions --- 2019 I last used it---never loaded well and were clunky. But this app works ok. BUT for GPS routing it works ok sometimes and other times sends you down a bad road. My wife about got our large rig wrecked on a supper narrow road 30+ miles in NC with no shoulder. Why it sent us own this vs the interstae is beyond me. take this app with a grain of salt. It ain't right yet...from my last review in 2019 when it never worked well at all!

Edit - moved to 4 stars from 2; later upgrades corrected issue and no problems since. Worked well until recent upgrade. Now will only load one time immediately after phone reboot. Subsequent attempts to load app cause it to freeze after the loading animation and requires phone reboot to access any service on the phone. Actually said 101% loaded one time! Have reproduced twice. Planning to travel in 2 days, not hopeful app will be working for my whole trip.

wish it was easier to add stops when you are on the road. Needs to include a wider range of places of intest, give mileage for gas stations, etc., and voice alerts need to be sooner than 500 feet. when you are in a large city and your exit is coming up in 500 feet it is impossible to switch lanes. Should combine a traffic option like Waze.
