It also serves as an educational source by providing valuable information on a variety of health topics thus raising health awareness. The application is both available in English and Arabic and enable end-users and customers to access MOHAPs social media and other service channels such as live Chabot. Don't download this app, its very disappointing. Contents are not accurate.. they told us to book an appointment online thru this app but it's very terrible and waste of time. Delete this app right away if you've already downloaded this. So pointless to use.

Horrible experience with 2nd dose today. A second appointment was automatically booked then it was cancelled right before the specified date. Then I receive message to walk in anytime from 22nd to 29th Apr, however when I did walk in, one of the rudest and most clueless officers told me and others off due to not having an appointment whereas we were never informed that an appointment was required. I hope you understand that this negligence and disorganisation is putting people's lives at risk.

Asking to write our name in Arabic to Register. Its difficult to use. Not user friendly Application. I didn't find any option to get Quarantine/Isolation certificate.

It always shows no appointments available. Like seriously? Our 2nd dose of vaccine was said mandatory to take after 21 days, and because there is no available slot and appointment our 2nd dose, we are all overdue. .. PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS MATTER. ..

Frustrating and useless app. Nobody answers calls and if you complain it does not allow you to send the message. Please fix it.

Overall good app with database of various medicines available in the UAE. Minor changes may be needed for improvement but I suggest this to anyone looking for medicine information.
