The platform additionally enables individuals to easily access their Covid-19 test results and vaccination, keeps a comprehensive vaccination record, and provides a secure method for sharing vaccination data with relevant authorities, among many other features.

Since the recent update, I can no longer able to run the app. I always receive a message saying "Alhosn can't be used on rooted Android devices". My phone is not rooted and every other government apps are working without any issues, Alhosn is not. UPDATE: It has been two months and the issue still exist. Cannot log in to the app. Only the web.

On my Android 9 Samsung it's fine. But on my Android 11 Realme it only works fine just after login. On re opening, it keeps going back to the home screen and the message "Alhosn keeps stopping" appears. I have to clear the user data and reenter my EID number, mobile number, and the OTP before I can view the result. I did not experience this on the previous version. I hope it can be fixed soon.

Pathetic app and even worse is the technical support. Technical support mailbox is full and they won't pickup the phone. The app doesn't have very basic functionality like changing mobile number. If you don't know how to make app then why it is mandatory for every purpose. Either update this app or kill it, it's rather easy to get results through SMS.

The app has stopped working, it is showing 'an error has occurred (could not load user's information. please try again later or contact customer support). I have tried contacting customer support more than 10 times yesterday. The customer care is not responding, auto cuts the call. Could you please look into this issue and apply a fix immediately or we need an alternative option to show the green status. If the app is not working it is difficult to go anywhere.

My app is not working, it only show results of the DPI. I have called, emailed, deleted and re-installed the app and nothing works. Government needs the app to cross the checkpoint and its placing unnecessary stress on me as I fear I will not be able to go to work. My colleagues apps is working fine. It looks like I have excuses to go to work. Please help 🙏

The app is crashing every time I try opening it. And when trying to get the issue sorted out (the app crashing on my phone and regarding my information not being updated when using the app on another phone) there clearly seems to be no clear cut solution. Tried contacting through WhatsApp, email and the hotline number which clearly was to no avail.

The latest update is unstable (frequently hanging) and also no longer shows how many days have past since the last testing date. With the previous version, the user/inspector can easily see how many days have passed since the last COVID19 test. In latest version, if you access the result after some time (4 days in my experience) it will just say "Negative - Expired". In the previous version, it would say "Negative for 4 days"..

The app has totally stopped working and after following new instructions to reload it, now it will not let me register. So many people are facing this problem This is making it impossible for people to go to a grocery store or a pharmacy even. Very sad that when it's crucial to use the app. It has totally collapsed. Please do something quick to solve the problem.
