Students, upload your assignments to Gradescope more easily than ever before! If your instructor uses Gradescope for your assignments, you can now upload your submission with our mobile app.

After installing and opening the app, login to see your Gradescope courses and assignments. To upload a submission, click on the assignment in the “Not Submitted” tab and either “Select File” to select an existing file from your device or “Scan” all pages of your completed work using your Android device’s camera. Once you submit your file(s), for templated assignments, you’re all set. For variable-length assignments, “Assign pages” to indicate where your answer for each question appears within your submission. It’s that easy! After confirming, your assignment then moves to the “Submitted” tab. If needed, you can resubmit your assignment until the due date your instructor set has passed. Once it is graded and grades are published for the assignment, it then moves to the “Graded” tab.

Note: For V1 of the app, you will be directed to our mobile website for any advanced functionality, including viewing feedback and submitting timed, programming, or online assignments. Stay tuned for future updates that will allow you to do even more with our mobile app!

Terrible. The app crashes constantly, and I can almost never select the last page, so it's almost impossible to upload assignments. Turnitin needs to fix this app or teachers need to stop using it for everyone's sake. This is a dogshit app that doesn't work, and many students, including myself, have the misfortune of having to use it. Negative stars.

My college uses this app as one of the main ways to turn in assignments, and for the love of God I cannot tell you why. This app is a nightmare to log into, doesn't save your logins, and sometimes tells you something submitted even when it failed to. Not to mention that the scan feature is stupidly finicky, and sometimes the app crashes when you try to open it.

Crashes more than it works. You can spam open it but it does not work most of the time. Rating this in the hope that the developers actually fix this issue for Samsung, and most Apple. Additionally, the scanner is trash and you need perfect lighting and dark writing to get a good scan.

For the love of all that is holy, DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU ARE A TEACHER, use Tophat or some other submission or grading app. This app has constant issues, crashes, data loss, failing to upload, *constantly* to the point they system can become, literally, completely inaccessible.

I'm surprised it's possible for an app to be this buggy while being so void of features. Crashes when you open it. Crashes when you click on a course. Crashed when you click on an assignment. If you want to turn things in, redirects you to the web page. If you want to look at your work, redirects you to the web page. If you want to see the rubric, redirects you to the web page. Why??? How???

Doesnt work most the time, and in the rare instances it does work it feels super slow and archaic. It hasn't let me even open the app for roughly a week now, and because my teacher only accepts homework through this app my grade has suffered because of this horrible app.

No longer opens, but even when it didn't crash immediately it had serious issues selecting pages for each question. I always had to log into my computer to do it correctly.
