Constantly crashes after closing or changing to another app when editing an entry. The only way to keep this from crashing is to clear data or restart phone and not leave the app until you're done. Either way it no longer functions as before and is not with the headache. It was handy for quick data entry on the field but no longer. Too bad. Please fix.

Since the last update, it only works about 30% of the time and we frequently have to uninstall and reinstall it to be able to log in if we restart a phone. Not great for an emergency management and response system. We're starting to evaluate other platforms due to the issues.

I find multiple problems with this app: 1. It doesn't support all the features of the web site (which itself has problems) 2. There is no online help 3. Going to the "Beginner's tutorial" leads to an error message.

This app is absolutely horrible. Crashes every time I try to change tabs. Closes and signs out as soon as I minimize or switch to something else, causing me to go through my org's lengthy sign-in process.

Since the last update I can't enter number over 3 digits. If I do it will clear the box I'm entering info into. No longer functional for most tasks.

This app is trash. The data isn't formated for mobile and there are constant login problems. A 12 year old could design a better application than this piece of junk.

Well thought out application, thinks hard about what you actually need, haven't used since 2017, hopefully will be available on Samsung ultra power save mode one day.

Always get stuck on splash screen, so slow loading just forms, designs are terrible of app. For operational app terrible.
