This app is for digianaa speed net. Very poor performance. No one is responding. App is not working. No payment option. Only fake profile and payment failures is their. No online payment links. Service desk is also not picking up the calls. Do not buy Router is also of local quality, net is also poor. Failed many times in a day. No response on this too.

They are providing a very POOR POOR POOR level of service. Internet connect and disconnect happens so many times a day. If you file a complaint through the app, you there will be problems in net service but will show resolve. don't get any information about when the complaint is resolved. As for the staff, even during their tenure. If you call you will not get any answer. It will only ring.

Worst service. It's been 18 days since I have discontinued there service and still I have not received the security amount deposited at the time of installation that is 2000 rs. No customer care number available. Also the office location that I have visited as per map is nothing but a wall .

Very costly no speed of internet.Even your mobile data speeb is 100 times faster and better than this.speed is about 100kb per second.false claim made by distributor of 10 mb per second which actully we get about 100 to 200 kb.You can't play YouTube with two devices because speed not available.1000 fees per month very costly.at a time only one user can use internet. I think these statement are enough to tell you that whether you should go for it or not

Worst App! It says invalid request when we open it second time, When I need to use it,Evertime I am deleting the cache and re loggin in with the details Worst app can't raise a ticket in it also Being a developer it's irritating to see such app even getting listed on Play Store

I have been trying to recharge for last two days but every time its show "sorry we are unable to process your payment" then how do i pay o/s amount and also under the create ticket option tab "select reason" option is not work anymore. Plz resolve this issue asap.

Day by day services getting more worst than ever at first they offered very great network and I barely remember any technical issues I'd faced but now services gets down with no reason and also don't get the extension for plan, they think money grows on tree. I think I need to look for new internet service provider coz I'm done with this pathetic service provider.

Worst, app doesn't allow me to pay, shows error most of the time. The service is worst , 50 mbps is nothing but just a number, can't play Youtube in multiple devices at same time. They don't even deserve 1 star.
