Annoying Key Dial Sound. I don't know who was the person to come up with that terrible idea. The app was all well and good and now when I dial it just makes this loud noise and doesn't respect my sound settings. Can no longer dial numbers in a public place because of this. Please remove this terrible feature or respect my 'no sound' settings.

Simply the best app to manage my Cuban cell phone. I have run into issues after moving to Mexico. I am not able to change my phone number or payment information. I'm stuck with saldo in the US that I can't use because the app wants to connect from the US.

After my 3rd transaction I was required to send a photo of me holding my state ID to hablax if I wanted to continue using services even tho I sent them the PayPal transaction number. This considerably lowered my rating of them update they have canceled my account and said their provider won't accept my payments after they accepted 8 transactions just fine they are just collecting IDs for scams I will update if this occurs

The app doesn't let you send a recharge of an exact amount. I needed a recharge of 150 Mexican Pesos, but it conviniently only let's you add 147 Mexican pesos. And the next option is 330 Mexican Pesos. Their support just copies and pastes replies and doesn't even know how to use the app themselves.

UK USERS PLEASE READ THIS. VERY POOR CLIENT SERVICE! I tried to recharge one of my friends pay as you go phone number and I received a message from the app telling me that I need to verify my transaction from my HSBC bank. You open the app you can't see the transaction reflected from the HABLAX. The costumer service hanged app my call once I tell them that I wouldn't be able to verify my transaction at the moment? I had no chance to call my bank the statement cause they didn't even suggest it

I have an issue regarding refilling the Ukraine phone number, but the transaction wasn't successful. Unfortunately, because of a network outage that could be affected by the Top-Ups. Finally, the support team resolved my issue without any complications by refunding me. thank you 😊

Great app to top up your phone for international calls or your relatives and friends on others country. I used others app before, Hablax is way better than everyone. Good costumer service and quick response.

I do not understand why an otherwise simple APP. has been altered to one that is so complex with several access codes before a call can be made.TheTAWK chat is so slow that it is very annoying This is the 3rd.
