The details in the app are never up to date. It is now a Tuesday, it my solar feed-in information only shows to Saturday, so we're at least 2-3 days behind knowing what is happening. We have a smart meter too so the electricity usage and generation should be getting provided hourly, although I'd really be happy even if it was up to yesterday's amounts. This is all on the weekly view, when you go to the daily view, I don't ever get any data showing unless I go back and forwards through the days.

App is below average. There is no way to directly submit an inquiry relating to account, it does not recognize the email format in the inquiry form once you find it. Most importantly it prevents usage when connected to vpn. On the upside it does have a nice looking dashboard. Bottom line, it needs a lot more development.

I want to like it, it looks good and is fast but lacks detail. Big one is when you go to My Plan it has your current and past plan details but not the rates! I would think thats the most important thing. Usage is hard to understand especially with estimates mixed in. Also the app forgets you every month or so and asks you to re ligin and select a pin again, very annoying.

Mostly good, on the track but needs a few fixes. The Energy Billing Period view is wrong. The totals are only for the days data loaded from current billing period rather than 'billong period to date' This grossly under reports billing period consumption if near the end of the month. The way it is coded can only ever be correct by coincidence, shouldn't have been released like this.

This app is terrible. Pretty happy with the company as a provider, but they completely destroyed what was once actually a super useful app. It routinely signs you out, forcing you to log back in and set up a pin every time, bills are almost never up to date (even if they are on their website login) and it basically has nothing to offer beyond a payment portal... Which even that is unreliable at times. Very disappointing.

App will not stay logged in. It requires you to set a new pin and log in every single time. Why is there no feature to send you a push notification a day or two before your billing date so you can do a meter read? It's such a simple quality of life feature that I can't believe it's not there from the start.

On the Samsung Galaxy (mine is an S10 5G) the app does not facilitate the home and multi-app functions (3 buttons) that should be at the bottom of the screen for every app. This is extremely inconvenient and makes using this app extremely annoying since you need to swipe down, open a different app from your notifications, then open the multi-app function from another app to close it down, instead of being able to just use the home button. Please fix this.

New app sucks, you've gutted it from previous iterations. No usage estimate (the one that I am provided is wrong and I've notified nectr previously with no effort to rectify). Previous version also had a solar input estimate which is gone. It's practically pointless having the app as it just shows previous and sent bills which I get via email.
