HeyMelody is the software for firmware upgrade and function setting of OnePlus wireless headsets, as well as OPPO wireless headsets.
You can quickly view battery levels of your left and right earbuds, modify the headset operation and headset firmware upgrade. Pairing your earbuds with your phone is a snap with Hey Melody.

Sad this app is so, meh. I am using the Buds Pro 3 and they are probably some of the Best earbuds I have ever owned. The app connected correctly and quickly. The options to adjust the Buds to the precise sound signature, stunning. The thing is every time I launch the app I have to dig down multiple layers to get to just simple tasks. The app should just open to an easier to access layout. If you could work on the app, this would make the overall experience pretty much perfect.

Got this app for the "double tap" action for my OnePlus Buds. I use my buds with my Pixel 2 XL. This app let me re-map the double-tap action to pause playback. During a firmware update, my buds disconnected - but after re-pairing to my phone, the update continued where it left off! Re: Case Battery, I've noticed the case doesn't stay on when not in use. When I initially paired, the battery was available. Please add volume controls to gestures!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am VERY impressed with this app. It looks practically identical to the oneplus settings, but I wish there was some option, potentially in device controls or the notification bar, that allows for you to change settings for noise cancelation and game mode. I find myself always switching based on my current situation, and it would be amazing if I could change that easier. Great app, thanks!

I tried to connect my OnePlus buds to this, but when I pressed "connect" it said "A complete collection of earbud's settings can be found in your phone's Bluetooth settings". It gave me the 2 options "cancel" or "go". If I pressed cancel it would exit out and my buds wouldn't be connected. If I pressed "go" it redirects me to my settings and my buds still wouldn't be connected!! What's the point of this app if you're just going to redirect me to settings????

Wish they would let me use this app on a Oneplus device to control the buds. Currently, us users are forced to navigate through Settings, then Bluetooth, then More, then Earbud Functions just to get to the very same menu the app can provide with just one tap. Seriously, do you not want us to be in your ecosystem? It's like being punished for using their other products.

Overall it's nice as it's allows us to listen Spatial sounds but somehow it's impacting call voice as well. I've seen many people's saying that your voice is not coming correctly or can't hear you properly when I've connected my earphones with it. And now I uninstalled it, looks like issue gone. I'm pretty sure is was because of this app. Earlier I was thinking my bud3 noice cancellation is not working properly. Please fix this issue as I'm missing spatial sound option now. 😁

Earbuds work fine but the app is disappointing. Even though my earbuds are connected to my phone the app will often show they are not so I can't get a reading on the battery levels. When it does connect, the display for the battery level is miniscule. The entire screen is empty with 3 tiny little battery indicators (left, right & case) no larger than a millimeter each. Why so small?! I can barely read them and there are no options for accessibility features (to enlarge them). Very annoying.

My left oppo enco 2 earphone stopped working for some reason. I've been using it for 2 years without issue until now. I should have read the reviews before downloading this app, seems I'm not the only one who experienced this. It's still connected but is no longer producing any sounds. Now I have to buy another pair since they don't even reply to emails or provide some troubleshooting resolution. I tried hard resetting it but it still doesn't work. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS.
