This app is essentially worthless. It can't read PDF files, and I can't see the history of time off. I can request time off, but cannot check whether I've already done so, so I end up having to go to the computer anyway. I guess you can use it to read shoutouts, but those are included in the email notifications anyway, so what's the point? The gist of the Bob app experience is "Open this link on your computer. It’s not available on mobile."

Awful platform. Facebook for work with all the great aunts who don't know how to filter or edit. Personal information open to waaaaaaaaaay too many people and not enough ability to restrict who can see what. Great for HR I'm sure. Invasive and dangerous for staff

slow to load, sluggish, not in synch with server, missing desktop features. after a while, still one of the slowest apps around. missing bg functionalities for management . Seems to work OK now. Still missing some of the web functionalities (e.g., managing others)

Decent app, does its job well. I'd love to see some notification settings that allow me to silence work notifications at weekends. It's Sunday, I don't need to be reminded about that assessment or review I need to complete!

I've enconter a bug while using the app. Please take a look at your convenience Device: Galaxy A34 5G OS: Android App verdion: 7.45.1 Bug behaviour: When i click a menu (Time off, Attendance, Goals, Settings etc) few times very quickly, then multiple instances of menu details page gets visible to users. I have to click manually "back button" of every page to get back the menu root page.

When it works, ok. But now just shuts down on the phone without logging in. Downgraded to 1 star therefore and should be zero as it doesn't now work at all. Update 26/6/24: improved a little bit in that it normally works for 2 weeks and then needs to be reinstalled to get it working again. Raised grading from 1* to 2* to reflect.

Can't search for posts (shoutouts). Can't edit posts after publication. Bizarre handling of media within posts. Poor responsiveness from the Bob reps when it comes to change requests. Webpage doesn't 'force' shoutout/kudos/polls authors to rename their posts.
