After watching their ads on Insta I was inclined to get there services for my car. The add showed quiet reasonable amount for car wash, I was ok to try it out once. However once you select the basic car wash on app it shows min of Rs. 1300 services to be availed and not below that. Hope the brand understand that there are players who offer these services at the amoutn they mentioned on ads and not like you. Further there is no way to reach out for any help.

Quite misleading. For trial, i was booking a basic car wash for 169/- When checking out, the price to be paid ended up being 1343/-. Yes, you read that right. I have had cheaper doorstep services. Go mechanic seems to provide a better value for money service. I would understand if you're not able to provide the service for 169/-. But then why mislead people. Just quote a bloody actual price.

This app is really misleading. The entire app is based on doorstep service, and every package you choose specifically mentions that it includes doorstep service along with other services. However, when you go to the payments page, they charge separately for doorstep service, platform fees, and other charges. As a result, the actual cost ends up being three times higher than the package price. If you're okay with paying that much, then it might work for you, but otherwise, it's quite frustrating

The app has very misleading promotions and pricing. It advertises a car wash for just ₹169, but at checkout, the price jumps up to six times that amount. The doorstep charges also seem dynamic, increasing unpredictably each time. I haven't tried the service yet, but I'm disappointed with Hoora's intention to lure users in with deceptive pricing.

Prices are freakishly misleading. I recently came across a bike wash listing that initially showed a price of ₹199, but when I proceeded to checkout, additional fees like ₹600+ for doorstep fees and what not other charges brought the total to over ₹1000. While this might be reasonable for regular users, it can be quite misleading for first-time or occasional customers. Clearer pricing upfront would definitely help avoid confusion.

I recently installed & purchased the BLACK subscription, expecting hassle-free and affordable car washes. However, when I tried to booked a basic car wash, I was surprised to see dooestep charges, bringing the total to around ₹1,000. Nowhere in the subscription details was it mentioned or I can missed it that there would be extra doorstep charges. which is misleading and not transparent.

Really misleading app. Their whole app is based on door step service. Any package that you choose specifically mentions that it includes door step service along with other services. When you go to the payments page, they charge separately for Doorstep service, platform fee, etc. The actual cost will be tripled from the packages that you selected. If you are okay to pay that much amount, then it is a good app for you.

The bike wash guys simply don't come. I used the app twice, cancelled both times - 1. Booked for 9AM slot, service partner not assigned even by 9:40. I told them to cancel and got refunded entire amount. 2. Booked for 8AM slot, the app showed service partner reaching in 26 min by 8:26, still late. I got the guy's number from support - he told he was 12km away at 8:35 and asked to reschedule to 3PM, I cancelled. Total waste of time and money with prices tripling at checkout. Never use this app.
