They do not apply scheduled payments properly and send texts and emails indicating that you have not paid your bill when payment was scheduled. They just didn't apply the payment on time.

this app is horrible. It takes minutes to load literally anything, and instead of just showing you your bill it makes you download a pdf of your bill that you need a masters degree to understand. And the "convince fee" for using your card has to be illegal. If not it's incredibly shady and greedy.

Accidentally overpaid got nothing but a run around about my refund check. Told different stories every time I called. Never did receive it. Rates are ridiculous to other people I know with a different electric provider.

I love the app. I've been using it for a long time now. I'm reading the reviews and don't understand how so many people say they are having issues. I don't have any issues with signing in or finding my estimate on my next bill. I can't remember about the fingerprint sign-in. They offer to take free payments with your bank account information. No need for credit/debit cards. I'm sure that almost everyone has a bank account they can use. They also allow you to mail it in.

I think the biggest and confusing problem for most , including me, is that there isn't a button to take you to the billing, usage area. When you open your account app be sure to tap your home address listed. That will take you to where you need to be. I use a Galaxy 8+. Thermostat adjustment has glitches.

The payment system has been working without issue for a while now and the app loading time has been cut down significantly. Sometimes I am not able to access my acct info in the app because of some type of connection error. It has not become a hindrance yet, however it happens enough that it is annoying. Besides, the issues with accessing my info, I would still recommend this app. It helps more than it doesn't.

There used to be a next bill predictor but it disappeared out of the blue! They refuse to tell me Why? Also, The budget billing is very confusing. I was $32 in areas and to make up for it I had to pay $560 over the next two billing cycles to make up for it. The HELP desk, customer service was very, very unuseful!
