Probably the most infuriatingly designed and implemented order app I've used. So happy my coffee shop removed YQueue! Loging in seems nearly impossible. You can't save your ususal (place or order). I don't know why I've had to add payment methods against the web instance and then again against the app but that's a thing. Why it's so hard to set up a login. I don't know why it's so damn hard to add a pay method. UX sucks.

Terrible user experience. From having to download an app, create and account just to order food. Not to mention it doesn't even support native Android 11 navigation gestures in some menus. Restaurant owners looking for a better customer ordering experience should try Me&U. Much better than this garbage.

Simple to use, able to find restaurants and eateries near where I am working. Able to pre order my lunch and just collect without having to queue. Great and convenient app!

Made the order, paid using DBS Paylah!, money was deducted from my wallet and yet the app told me "pending payment" and thus order not created?? Update: fast response from yqueue app so theres some credit, but I contacted the store owner directly and they said they'll make my food, passed them the transaction screenshot as well as they said they'll contact yqueue from their side.

The Crave kiosk at ehub was programmed with mandatory input field for promo item but the otah selection field is hidden or disabled. keep show error, must select otah. so i installed the app. App tells you otah field is mandatory but no button to press also. Maybe need more QAs?

Do not use this platform !! There us NO tracking of order even though a tracking link was provided. Delivery service is provided by Lalamove which is another below-par service !! Called lalamove support for delivery update and was asked to call yQ !! This is a totally unprofesdional platform !

Frequent difficulties contacting the merchant, which meant that I still have to queue! Such an irony. Also very limited merchants available on the app.

Mostly good, but too many steps to order something. Needs a favourite button that can do the job quickly.
