I was trying to register for the Jatri app, but I never received the OTP (one-time password) that was supposed to be sent to my phone. I waited for over a minute, but the code never arrived. I tried resending the code, but I still didn't get it. This is very frustrating, as I cannot register for the app without the OTP.

Best but need to add plane and also need for available bus.cz most of the time i feel that there are not available sit on the bus and the number of the bus are too little

The overall intention behind this app is good and idea is good too but quality needs much more development. I would suggest to hire a Ui/Ux specialist who could make the app more usable and easy to get. It shows 404 error when I went to the privacy policy and some other options. So I'm giving you my personal info and you don't have any policy about those yet? I hope you will fix the app and make it more useful cause as I said before people need this type of app for everyday commute.

Worst app ever. I find no use in it. Once I sent a trip request, it did show the progress. After that, if the user closes the app and reopens it to check the progress, which is 1.5 hours, this app does not display it. And it prompted you to say, "Something went wrong" What low-level app development! That guy needs full memory wipe-out therapy before fixing this thing.

In the car rental section the api is too slow in pickup, stoppage and destination. Also the interface is very complex to understand. Also the toast message popup very fast, Couldn't even read it. Properly. So cant understand what i am missing to request a car rental serviece.
