Does the basics. Could be better. Ideas: 1. When a journey is selected and you can see the map in the top half of the screen and the stops in the bottom half, allow the layout to stay the same and introduce the ability to scroll through the stops while still seeing the map in the top half 2. Temporarily "save" a journey as "the journey I am currently on" so you can use the rest of the app and still go back to the journey and view where your next stop is, what time the next connection is etc.

Directions could be better. it always tells me to change lines at random stations (which limit your options) rather than Southern Cross. You should be able to nominate which station you want to change at. I don't need tram, bus or V-line info. You used to be able to permanently disable these options, now you have to do it every time you search. Thanks

Doesn't always have an accurate representation despite changing times. Today thought the bus next to catch was a 12:09 and when I got the stop early thinking I was going to have to wait the one before was there but it didn't come up at all on my app despite the parameters being set correctly. Also doesn't always give the quickest option. Could be improved

The App is helpful. But the layout and information needs more, infact much more work. Especially disruptions. For reality : I took a trip to the city y'day. I used Journey Planner to know the times. On my return, Surprise, Surprise. No trains after 9 pm. This should have been blaring on the App loudly in bold. No train announcements. Nothing. Finished and came to the train station and Buses replacing Trains. Let the App shout it loud if you are running anything but trains for the DAY. Thanks.

It's a great app but completely useless. It never works properly. I have reinstalled the app as well, but no luck. You can see bus timing one day the other day the route may not exist in the app. Forget tracking something live the app, you would be lucky if it tell you when a bus is coming. Just google Ventura tracking and use their online service. It's much better than this waste of time

It's a good app. I use public transport every day and it works well for me. I have notifications turned off for almost all my apps so can't comment on how well they work but for figuring out if I need to run to the tram or where is the best place to change it's easy to use. I like being able to set all my frequent stops and routes as favourites that are easy to access on the homepage

My main issue with PTV app is how useless are the works & disruptions notices. Clicking on those take you outside the route selected to generalised info which you need to sift through: most of the info on your route is many km away from & unrelated to your travel; egvother end of the line you happen to be taking. Surely surfacing relevant info only would be a big improvement.

A pretty useless app, you're unable to look at past train times of the same day, unable to see any delays, and the function to lookup stations is incredibly slow and gives you results that aren't even relevant. I have to use this because it's the only app but whoever designed this has done a real poor job.
