No customer service phone number on the app alerted me to look at the reviews first and I'm glad I did before I bought a pass because it wanted to charge a subscription reoccurring payment without posting a customer service phone number on the app and I don't want a reoccurring subscription just a one time pass. Customers have emailed with no quick response and no help. I'm just gonna have to pay daily parking so I won't have problems. Thanks reviews. These businesses need to stop using this app

Absolutely awful app. How did this even pass QA testing! Once eventually setup. The app constantly crashes in a loop of trying to get permanent live location tracking (not just when the app is open). You cannot add a credit card payment for a number of different locations. Eventually it worked choosing a random 'favourite'. You then simply cannot add any payment method after that. The website fails, and adding payments prompts lots of missing fields that aren't set as required.

Fundamentally broken. Pain to set up (code never arrives, then in the settings it doesn't ask for one). In use it kept failing to find the car park; searching does nothing. Managed to get it to import the ticket, but it repeatedly failed to let me pay on the card it had just accepted in the 20 minute queue for the machine! They clearly know their technology is inadequate as the machine didn't charge the extra rate this had pushed me into! I now have a ticket 1 day 6 hours and counting in my app!

Crash prone, location doesn't work, Bluetooth required, but no explanation. Defaults location to Pittsburgh despite allowing location permissions and won't budge. I'm in the UK! The website even suggests you allow apps from outside the store to install. No way am I adding my cards to this app. I will queue at the ticket machine.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Customer service is WORSE! I even work for the parking lot that just installed this system and it's nothing but PROBLEMS! Been trying to import my company's subscription for TWO weeks and all I get from customer service is "its not suppose to do that" or "I've never seen that happen". Still waiting.... Good luck if you need to use this app with a subscription!

This is app is terrible!! The "I can walk you through " doesn't allow you to do anything, it's just stuck!! Can't scroll up or down. Uninstalling..NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, ill just spend the extra $2.00 on parking . Wish society wasn't so willing to become so dependent on technology for everything, technology can't answer your questions when you can't get past the first step, if a human would've been there I could've paid for my day pass & been on my way. SORRY JPASS . I'll just PASS on your APP.

Fine when works but not worked for 4 weeks now. All I wanted to do was change my number plate. Several emails later I'm just told they will sort it out. It won't allow me to add money to my account so I can't park near work atm I have to walk in. I've emailed jpass, no reply, I've emailed the car park, just told leave it to them to sort out and it's been 4 weeks now. No one helps. I cant delete the account I've tried removing my number plate so I can at least go in the car park! Nothing works!

Absolute worst experience using this app if it didn't work to get in the parking garage it didn't work to get out twice I had to pay to actually get in which I'm hoping I get a refund for since they're app just will not work you call for help and they just tell you to reset your app like it's your problem I'm sorry if you are gonna have an app be your entrance and exit to something it should work this is a poor experience
