I want my money returned!!! When I tried to pay through my card on this app it said server error and to retry but when I tried again it charged me double the amount. When the food arrived I had to pay cash as well because somehow it went to cash on delivery. I even called the customer service twice and I got the same answer saying "Online team will be in touch and you will get your money refunded by 5-7 days". It has been a week and I have not been refunded nor has the online team followed up.

I tried multiple times to place an order, but after going through the whole menu when it comes to finish the order I clicked the submit button, nothing happens. I tried to send a complaint and also here a popup says 'Something went wrong'. Wasted my time by signing up and placing an order.

App charged my account and my money was deducted, then the app notified me that the order failed. There is no resolve from customer service other than to just advise to wait for my refund and try placing another order (if I want). Obviously I would never want to place another order when the system provided is so unreliable and untrustworthy... poor, poor standard

The user interface in your app and the display screen at your shops are confusing. Also there is no bills available. Only the order number on screen in the shops and if you forgot to check your order number on screen how to get your order. There is an option to send the order number to your mobile number but its not sending any messages. In some deals there is no option to make it "spicy". And sometimes your staff also confused with orders. Please make it simple. It's not rocket science.

Always good, but today, no. At 23:32 on 29 August, order 17. I came, and the first time I saw the staff cleaning the front area before closing. 2 agents were cleaning and ignoring customers who were asking them if orders were done or not. I saw almost all staff are new and all old and experienced were removed. It will affect my visits here.

Very bad experience, I ordered 20 mins before reaching the muror branch in abo Dhabi and still had to wait more than 25 mins in the branch and top of all that my order was missed up and with veggies and tomatoes and I ordered extra , very upset about the service and will never be your customer again.

Good food. Juts takes much time on the delivery of food. Not all branches. But most of them take more time to prepare the food as well .

Online Order was the wrost. Making purchase from online and the crew from the shop was not checking order, making to wait for long time.
