You can use the applicetion two ways:
- Registered account: By adding your mobile number you will be able to track your order by received text messages. Every function is available in the app and also you can be notified about every novelty and every new coupon. To use the coupons you need to have a registered account.
- Without registration: Some functions of the application will be unavailable without registration. You can still browse the menu and order to your home.

I wanted to save time by ordering from the app by making payment via SZEP card, the payment successfull and once I reached the restaurant the order got cancelled and had to wait more time 😡 would like to see payment via SZEP card feature

Its the second time in a row that half of my order is missing from the bag! Always check the content of the bag before leaving, they tend to "forget" a few items! Also there's no history of completed orders, so you wont be able to prove it! EDIT 2024.08 The application is still unusable. It does not accept the verification link that they sent in the email, therefore its impossible to register.

Useless app sent my order to the previously visited restaurant instead of what I set at the beginning of the order. Could not pick up, could not cancel the order.

Unable to pay with Google Pay (issue has been present for more than 1 year). Let the user pay at the cashier (why is this not an option?). What about SZÉP Card? Total lack of any loyalty program. KFC should really step up their game if they want to retain customers.

Thanks for the response. To clarify: the phone's own back gesture or back button (so not the one in the app) makes the app quit when on a setting page. It doesn't bring you back to the main settings page but quits the app. And sometimes it would be beneficial if the language could be independently configurable, like in most of the apps.

Unable to pay, tried with credit card and Google Pay too, but nothing works. It says error encountered with PayU transaction... Unable to add an address, the address selector doesn't bring up my address as an option.

Why do I need to enter my phone number for a registration? Absulutely unacceptable. If it is needed for delivery later, that is a different story.

To access the coupons you have to give permission to your whole health history and let them bombard you via all possible channels. At least the fries are fresh and salted.
