Good: -We have been offered lots of jobs. - We have earned a nice amount this season. -Support is easy to talk with and always helpful. Bad: -The app is quirky (it loves to restart itself when you are trying to upload photos, it is slow to open, and you have to exit the inbox to see a new message from a customer). -The payouts per job can be low compared to what you would charge. -You spend so much time dealing with the app for each job. NEEDED: TAB TO SEE REVIEWS, instead of having to search.

Currently the app in not functional on my pixel 7 pro. It opens then almost immediately closes. Yes my phone is updated, current versions of apps. This needs to be addressed.I have uninstalled, etc with no change. Edit...so the app issue was finally fixed, now I am not able to view or accept jobs because my screen shows "Tasks" review performance....and never lets me past that! Guess what Lawn Starter, I don't need you or you're horrible app and support. You did waste lots of my time! Bye Bye

helpful to start lawn care business, though there's some unrealistic things that are issues with the LawnStarter App for Providers, it's overall very helpful and makes good $. If they fixed a few of their app issues and had a bit more consideration for the Provider Pros, it would be something I would suggest to everyone that wants to do lawn care business/work.

Pretty good platform. Easy to navigate and book customers. The pricing is a bit low, and I'm not sure how the property dimensions are entered, but I've come across some jobs that are way larger than first identified. You have the ability to upcharge for large sites and overgrown lawns. However, the customer will most likely drop for this. No worries, those aren't you want long-term anyway. Overall, I'm satisfied using this to grow my customer base.

Please fix the application or give us better customer service that can actually help us because the application is freezing and it won't let us upload properties and customer service said that they can't help us how do you expect us to work like that plus we have to wait for them 10 to 20 minutes after we finish the property so they can tell us that they can't help

I went through a big process just to get to downloading the app. Download the app put in my email and password says my password or email isn't right? Been trying to figure this out for getting help with this I have gotten nowhere terrible!!!!

Just got 2 yards that needsncutting today. Well I get to the yard and when I try to login the app, it keeps telling me I am offline when I'm not. I'm not cutting the yards if I can not access the app. Please fix the issue.
