I use the app with Lidl Silvercrest SmartPlug and so far so good. While the plug is connected to a WiFi router with internet connection, the app allows remote control of the plug via internet. Still, local control over WiFi works when internet is down. The app allows configuration of a schedule and a countdown timer for the plug. Pairing of a new device is clumsy, and it is not properly described. It requires scanning of a small QR code, although it communicates with the plug via bluetooth.

The app works fine, but i can't add any scenario or add a certain color to the remote control so that I dont need to open the app for it. Also the option of changing all lamps at once would help a lot, cause it gets very fiddly to chose one at a time (yes a certain color that I can add to the remote control to chose it would help that too) and set whatever I need. Also cant set up timer its fiddly (because of timing?). Please make an update with those options. Thank you

Worst user experience ever, product keeps disconnecting, cannot connect after app is closed, you have to add the device as new every time. Auto log off almost every time I want to use the app, if there is an update you cannot see or adjust anything on the device. Whoever design this app, please resign immediately.

I tried to use it with a smart power tool battery. I wanted to disable Bluetooth (hold button for 10+ secs). That didn't work every time I tap on the battery in the app it turns it back on. Also putting it in a tool turns on BT. There is no way to permanently disable BT. Then when I actually wanted to connect to the battery I turned BT on (hold 3 secs) and it was on, but the app reported it's off, until remove and add again the battery. Also discharge current is not shown correctly (shows 0).

The app is lacking functionality. My switch can control humidity and temperature relay, but the app allows to control only one function; humidity or temperature. Ability to add the same switch or to copy switch to no.2 needs to be added

I find this app very boring. Is not that rewarding as you have to spend a lot of money to get certain coupons? I think this app is complete matter. Disgrace will be uninstalling the app as it is not for me. This doesn't save me money at all.I want an app where I can save money. But yet to get some Vouchers where I don't have to spend a lot of money To get the coupon. Very disappointed in the app.

For me it works well so far. Do not expect to find very advanced functions, it currently appears targeted for audience with basic needs. For example, motion sensor can make your lights change brightness and color, but when the motion is over, you cannot instruct them to "return to previous brightness and color". For that, you need to use a different Zigbee hub. This has also compatibility problems with some devices from different manufacturers.

Colors and brightness chosen in the scenes editor and google home / assistant are mapped incorrectly, so it's not possible to choose the right color for automation. In scenes editor, i am able to select a far dimmer brightness then when setting the brightness manually in the app. Missing some features of the competitor like dark mode in app and scenes with fade in/out/transition. Good first go and seeing improvements!
