Needs Favorites and Month View. Requiring a retype of the district and multiple clicks to get to the menu every day is frustrating. Desperately need a favorites school and menu option to quickly reload desired information. Also, needs a month view or download pdf export of month menu. The download of a month view should be the highest priority since that would reduce login need to only monthly. 10/31/24 Update 2 stars to 4. Developers added recommendations and overhauled app. Greatly improved.

While it looks nice enough, it is an unfortunate experience because looking at purchase history and meal balances is a confusing mess that makes zero sense. Also, the results are different than the website that shows different values (which are also confusing)

Greedy "Convenience Fee" I started writing a check to the front office at the school. LINQ Connect charges a HUGE "Convenience Fee" & only allows $150 per transaction. I'm not able to just enter one amount for my children's food for the year. I continually have to add in $150 increments PLUS the multiple "Convenience Fees." I know it costs money to run the app, but among thousands of students, this is nothing but GREEDY! (Their response is golden!🤣)

The app no doesn't allow me to put in "other" amount. Every time I try, my keypad to type how much pops up for a second then goes away so I can never type it in. I need to use this function because my kids lunch cost isn't a nice number where the current selected values would work well.

Unhappy with the upgrade of app. The latest upgraded version shows incorrect dietary restrictions in the menu. 'Non-vegetarian' foods are highlighted with check mark as 'vegetarian' or 'vegan' which is very misleading. The Recent Transactions also does not show what my child bought for the meal. It just says 'Meal Purchased ' and money. As far as I remember previous version showed what was purchased.

updated: when our school district first started using this app, had no issues. since having the updated login, have had nothing but issues. hopefully future updates to the app will fix this.

Students can't view menu without creating an account! No biometric fast login. Can see what items were purchased. Lets me load money to student's account for a ridiculous fee (send a chk to school for free!). Notifies for low balance. Allows spending limits but can't set to zero. Can view menu and submit applications. Not spectacular but somewhat functional for parents. With what we pay in taxes, school system should cover third-party vendor fees for school meal payment service THEY chose!

It seems like every time there is an update, it becomes less user-friendly. Now, for some reason, it won't let me add an amount other than the preset ones, so if I want to add more than $50, I have to do multiple transactions. I much preferred the app when it was still Titan.
