This app sucks. Every time I log in, my phone stops working for several minutes. The location settings are too complicated. You have to write everything, and it doesn't detect your location automatically.

This app sucks don't even bother every time I open it my phone stops working for a few minutes 😤 UPDATE: this app still sucks 🙂 I keep coming back because they're the only ones who deliver for one of my favorite restaurants but what's the point when I can't even pass the home page. It's so frustrating and annoying don't bother downloading it, it's a waste of time🙂.

The app is just a pain to use. No functional search. constant log outs. Everytime I order I have to re log in. Which is stupid in 2019. if you reorder you cant use mada it gives an error. you have to pay cash. the service, the drivers, and the food selection is good. However, the app is so 2010. Meaning that other apps are way advanced in this department. i think you guys should find another app developer cause using your app is pain

Delivery fees are way too expensive, it says you can get a discount on your first order but that's a lie, not worth it

Great app: reliable order system and delivery drivers, but please, please fix the tracking. I've had the app for many months, and was never able to track the delivery driver, and keep getting an error of Could Not Load Route. Other than that, hoping for a wider restaurant selection.

The best of all the food delivery apps in KSA 100%! You receive the actual items you order without any problems! There is a customer service team available all the time - not like the other trash apps! I hope they will have more restaurant options soon because I want to use this app only.

The restaurant selection and design is great and highly recommended. However, the app itself does not function well. It keeps logging out all the time and when trying to log again it doesn't work making it unreliable! Please ask your developer to fix this and learn from other much faster app's. Just fix the bugs.. Thanks

This app is horribly designed, with the cart items disappearing and reappearing, and it asking to login AFTER you fill your cart. It's also incredibly unstable, with it crashing and refusing to work after one or two orders, requiring a complete installation. Despite how bad most local food delivery apps are, Lugmety is hands down the worst.
